suspending rows in Pagebuilder

7 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 7 years ago

Hi,

Like what I see in the Origin pagebuilder. Just trying it out at the moment.

Question: is it possible to ‘suspend’ rows in the pagebuilder? Or hide them so they don’t publish, however you want to describe it.

I have rows which contain, for example, custom html widgets, and I want to see how they look with and without being published. An example is trying out the siteorigin hero slider plugin, and alternatively another slider plugin which requires a short code to be placed. There may be other widgets in the row, too.

At the moment, if I want to see one or the other, next to all the other page content, I have to delete the whole row…and then build it again if I want to re-test it.

Be really nice if there was a checkbox to suspend or hide a rows so you can choose what publishes. Is there any functionality like that? – maybe I just haven’t found it.

Thanks

    Hi Hectorthepudding,

Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.

If you need this sort of functionality urgently, you could always post a job on Codeable.
