Sudden loss of responsive design on page

3 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 3 years ago

Hi. I am working on a labour of love project and have made about 20 blog posts.
Started a new one yesterday and realised that this page , and this page only, is not acting in a responsive way with respect to changing widths. https://dedide.info/ecosystemservices/baobabs/

Details
Browsers: Firefox and Opera – both latest versions on multiple devices
WordPress: latest version
Theme: Neve Version: 3.2.3
PageBuilder: Version 2.16.11

Am I asking in the wrong place? Any thoughts or clues much appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Please, let us know once the page is published or publicly viewable. We’ll take a look and advise from there.

Hi Andrew, Thank me so much for getting back to me. I racked my brains and after several hours, I ended up replacing the page with a new one which is working OK. I don’t know what happened with the other one but I had to press on and this seemed the easiest way to overcome the problem. Sorry I did not not get round to advising you of this until now. I am superimpressed with your speed of reply and your courtesy in trying to help.
    Thank you,

No worries. Thanks for the update; I’m glad to hear you’ve made progress. If the issue comes up again, please, let us know.

    Cheers for now.

    Andrew
