Submenus/Subpages Disappeared

Checked my website today and my submenus have disappeared from one of my navigation pages. Under “About Your Case” on wait-law.com there should be 6 subheadings. How do I get them back? Vantage Theme Premium/Wordpress.

    You guys fixed it! Alex said that menu setup didn’t have the pages added. He fixed it and now it’s working just great.
