submenu not showing in all pages

hi
I have created a menu and under the heading Products I have created a submenu with 8 items .the problem is that on the home page the complet submenu with 8 items shows up but on the other pages of he main menu only 4 items shows up under PRODUCTS.
I am using wordpress on windows Wampserver

    Hi Ayush

    Please confirm that your custom menu is saved to the theme’s primary menu location ,you can check this under Appearance > Menus > Menu Locations.

    Next switch to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen and re-check the problem. That’ll let you know if it’s theme related.

    If the issue persists try de-activating all plugins and re-test.
