Sub Menu not working in mobile view

Hi folks, I’m using the Vantage theme and when I view the mobile menu on my phone, the sub menu dropdown is not working when the parent is a page, rather than a custom link. If I set the parent to a custom link with URL as # it works fine. I need the parent to link to a page though, and I’m wondering if that’s possible. Thanks!
