Hello,
My menu and submenu is working well on the whole site except on the homepage !?
When I roll over the menu with the mouse, the submenu does not appear on the homepage.
I do not understand why neither what to do to fix it.

    Hi Herve

    Thanks for reaching out.

Any idea why your site is being rendered in a frameset? Is it being parked or forwarded or something like that? Something on a hosting level?

Try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once and see if there is any change.

    Hello,
I am sorry but I am to a technician so I do not understand what "the site is rendered in a frameset" means ! If you could be a little bit less technical it would be fine for me.
Anyway I have tried to de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and it changes nothing. The menu is still not working only on the homepage.
Thank you in advance for your help ;-)

    Hi Herve

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hello Andrew,
So what is the result of your analyse ? What should I do to have menu and submenu working well on the homepage ?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

So sorry. Not sure what happened here. Sincerely apologise for the delay. I narrowed the problem down to the logo carousel you are using. The plugin that is rotating the sponsor logos is the plugin that is unfortunately, clashing with the JavaScript that the Vantage menu uses.
