Styling Fonts & Color – h4 Heading Font

Vantage Theme – Change h4: In Customize I see the option to change font size for “Headings” for the theme, but not the option to change colors. Is that available in the premium version? I would pay if it is.

I would like to change heading font 4, I’m not good at CSS, but I tried adding this to Custom-CSS, but it did not work.
