style.css / editor missing theme North/highline

Hi I just installed theme North/highline. I wanted to change something in the css but I discovered that from the menu appearance a few items were missing, like editor. What did I do wrong or how can I activate the editor?

    Hi Tanya,

    By editor, are you referring to WP AdminAppearanceEditor? If so, was it present prior to installing Highline?

    I suspect the editor may be disabled. I would recommend following this article a to check if this is the case or not. If you need help with doing this, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider for help.
