There is a strange item on the site appearing everytime I use an enter.
Any idea what’s causing this?

Looks to be an issue with the font you’re using:

Perhaps choose a similar font. Alternatively you’d need to switch over to the Text tab and remove the non-breaking space which looks like this:
“  ;”
