Hello,
I’m using Storefront-woo-commerce template and I built my client’s website with page builder since the beginning with success. Except for: I have a serious issue when I try to built the SHOP page: page builder is not really working:
– I can insert text (site origine editor), but the background color won’t appear
– the site origine slider is not working. I’m able to insert in the widget and When I do a preview of the widget – all is ok! But when I look on the website it is showing pictures with bullets with weird shape instead of nice parallax images).
Do you have any idea how I can fix it?
Thank you

Hi Christine,
I just took a look at your website and I can’t seem to see any usage of SiteOrigin Page Builder. Could you please clarify if you still help with this? If so, we’ll jump right in.
Hello Alex,
Yes I still need help. I used SiteOrigin Page Builder to built the actual home page. My issue is on the boutique (shop) page … can not use it because it’s seem to be incompatible. I remove everything on the shop page because it was not very cute! Only the text block was ok. When I add and edit the slider block, than it was not working, never show up.
Hi Christine,
Okay, would it be possible for you to temporarily revert this page to the “ugly” version and then send me a copy of your layout so I can run some local tests?
To send me a copy, please the page in the editor and click layout. Then click import / export and then click Download this layout. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
Done,

Hello :-)
Any progress since I reply and sent you a copy of the “ugly page”
Thanks.
Hi Christine,
Sorry for the delay.
Okay, so the issue here is how WooCommerce handles the shop page data. It outputs the content directly rather than using the typical filters – I’m going to log this as a bug.
In the meantime, you’ll need to use a basic layout (nothing relying on JavaScriot or CSS) or use the normal editor. Sorry mate. :(
