Issue: Cannot edit post, no edit, duplicate, delete buttons.
Workaround: use mouse
What is going on: the widget auto hides the buttons to edit the widget, when use touch screen the widget want to move around often being removed from the row. Old Old version this was not an issue.
WP Ver: 5.1.4 – no plans presently to update
PHP Ver: currentl 5.6.x but can go to 7.0.x
Is there a way to have those buttons always on when running from mobile?
Alternate Workaround: Doesn’t always work but run mobile browser in desktop mode.
Other issue: Force to use desktop mode because edit widget area is truncated to only seeing left side of content area.
So even using mouse, one has to change to desktop mode to actually make changes.

I agree with your widget action links feedback and have logged the issue on GitHub: https://github.com/siteorigin/siteorigin-panels/issues/718. I’ll do my best to have it attended to soon.
With regards to the other issue raised. Are you able to see the full widget editing form by turning your phone to landscape mode? That seems to work for me.
