Is there a way to make the custom menu on header sticky just like the default menu ?

If you’re asking about the Custom Menu widget, used in the header widget area, unfortunately not, there isn’t any way to make this sticky without custom development.
If that’s something you’d really like carried out, you might consider a developer, in that case we’d recommend https://codeable.io/.
