Stay in widget edit mode and save changes

Let’s say that I have a widget that needs a lot of tinkering.
In that case I have to choose ‘Done’ and after that I need to update the page before I see any changes.
After that I need to repeat the procedure over and over again.

This is really time consuming and frustrating.

Wouldn’t it be possible to have 2 buttons: ‘Save’ and ‘Done’ like other page builders do?
The ‘Save’ button should save the widget and the page, but the user should stay on the page where they are.

I hope this could be achieved, because I’m sure it would a lot of users very happy :-) and keeping users who would choose for some other page builder like I’m considering.
