Installer Static image instead of slider on homepage
In the Vantage theme, is it possible to only show a static hero image instead of the slider on the homepage? How do I did this?

Not directly, no. Your best bet would be to either simply not set additional slides or remove the slider and then add a full width image with SiteOrigin Page Builder.
