static header picture for each page

I’m new at word press and ca’t find a way to have a static header picture for each page in “Vantage” Theme (indivual picture for each page). I put a oicture to featured image, but it won’t show in the page. Can somebody help me?

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi Jo

    If you wish to replace the sliders, you can go to Add widget and search for SiteOrigin Image. Set the image properties as desired from the options available via the Edit module provided.

    Check that out and let me know if that works out for you.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Vantage unfortunately doesn’t make use of the regular header image upload feature that is found in many themes. As a result it’s not possible to use some of the plugins available for displaying a header image per page.

    Vantage offers a masthead background image (header background) editable from Appearance > Customize as well as a header widget area at Appearance > Widgets. It’s unfortunately, not possible within theme options to switch the masthead background on a page by page basis.

    Sorry we don’t have better news.

    If you’re happy adding your image to the header widget area, then you can use a plugin like Jetpack Widget Visibility or WooSidebars to assign a widget per page or post:
