State/County field not updating On Woocommerce Checkout page

I am new to setting up WordPress sites (don’t have a lot of technical knowhow), and I encountered this problem that I am unable to resolve. I have the SiteOrigin – Corp theme installed, and on the checkout page, as well as on the account side, the state/county field does not update when a country is selected, but only shows the options for my own country. This is fairly urgent if anyone can help please?
