Spacing issue?

I’m having issues with my social media buttons overlapping my text. I’ve tried adjusting the padding and changing layouts, but it seems like every time I make a change nothing is happening. Not sure where these changes are going to show. I used the preview changes button and nothing changes.

Hoping someone can help with this. I’m just starting out with this new theme.

sweetnessinthesouth.com/blog is the page that I’m struggling with the overlapping, the plugin doesnt seem to affect my other pages and I’m not able to change the orientation of the buttons with this plugin only shift them up and down which still will overlap my text at some point.

Any help is appreciated!!

    Hi Erica,

    You can change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following CSS.

    .site-main {
    padding-left: 50px !important;
}

    This will add minor spacing to the left of the page to prevent the overlap from occurring. I would recommend taking a look at the shareaholic plugin settings to see if there’s a better solution than this as my solution isn’t very ideal.

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
