Spacing between paragraphs in SiteOrigin

9 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 9 years ago

On my page www.hoofandhorse.net/services I need to make the gaps in between the paragraphs much tighter. The gap between is way to large. Need to make not so spread apart. Is there a way in SiteOrigin to do this?

    Hi Jeannie,

So to adjust the row spacing you have two options. A global setting and a row by row basis setting.

    Global Setting
Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Laout tab. Adjust the Row Bottom Margin setting to reduce the spacing.

    Row by Row
Open up the page in the editor. Find the row that you want to adjust the spacing for by clicking the wrench above the row. Then head over to the row styles sidebar and open the Layout settings group. Adjust the Bottom Margin setting.

    Hello Alex,

Thank you for the information and went ahead and used global settings but don’t really like the way it bunch up the paragraph but love the spacing between paragraphs. Is there a way on each page I can set the distance of lines in a paragraph?

    Hi Jeannie,

There’s no page level setting for it sadly (although hopefully there will be soon!). You’ll have to adjust it on a row by row basis if you would like to adjust it on a non-global level. :(
