I have noticed more times than I can count that there is a ‘gap’ between sections of a page builder page.
I know that the section blocks mean nothing in the interface, they’re representative spaces only. I only mention this because some may reach the wrong idea. I’m not talking about the editor blocks but rather what they produce!
There are gaps between what one block outputs and another. And frequently I have to use Custom CSS to modify the resulting page, which generally ends up affecting the entire site because the page blocks have the same css names. So it effects everything sitewide. Not good.
Is there a way to fix this issue so that the padding isn’t there to begin with or so that the sections are snug with each other ? I know the answer is CSS driven but for the life of me…this is beyond me at this juncture. It’s not a show stopper, as I have other things to do…it would just be nice that when I create a page or a post that this issue doesn’t crop up!
Don’t mishear me that I think that pagebuilder is crap and I hate it, and how ungrateful I am…not at all…it’s made my life soooooo much easier in so many ways so I can’t thank you folks enough for creating such a great product!
Thanks.

Try Edit Row>Layout>Bottom Margin which defaults to 35px. Set it to 0px and the gaps should disappear.
Well that cleaned it up a bit….thanks for the tip David!
Hi Miles,
You can adjust the defaults by navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and opening the layout tab. Set the row bottom margin to 0 and the row gutter (which is effectively padding) to 0 also. This will change the default, but it won’t change anything you’ve manually adjusted. Does that help?
