Space between rows are too big

Hey there!
I have a problem with the space between the rows.
Here’s my website http://www.cinematictraveldiary.com/
You can see a huge space between the slider and the text, which is going in my nerve. I already tried various things, but nothing helped. Could someone of you help me?

    Hi Alexandro,

    Your theme is actually adding that space there. I recommend contacting your theme developer about this issue to try and get a proper fix. In the meantime, you can fix this issue via custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following code.

    .widget {
    margin-top: 0 !important;
}

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
