Hi there,
I’ve just updated to the latest bundle but all of my icons have moved up with a random added margin of 40 or 50. They no longer sit in the container like they used to. I can’t find anything in the CSS that relates to this.
Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Fran
The culprit seems to be an inherited margin-top of -0.5em from .sow-features-list .sow-features-feature .sow-icon-container [class^=”sow-icon-“] but I still can’t find this in the CSS at all.
My google map also doesn’t display anymore. This is incredibly frustrating for a live site.
Hi PontSteff,
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi Alex,
The google map on our home page seems to be working now. The icon issue remains on several pages, examples can be seen on: https://pontsteffandental.co.uk/about/
Thanks for replying!
Hi PontSteff,
Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
to clarify, this isn’t correct, right?
Hi Alex,
Please here is the export link: https://u.teknik.io/K1TML.json
The screenshot you posted is exactly how it should appear! But on all computers and mobile devices I try it appears like this:

I’ve cleared the website caches and the browser caches several times and checked it on Chrome, Firefox and Safari and they display all icons the same as above.
Many thanks,
Fran
Hi PontSteff,
Unfortunately, I can’t seem to see anything wrong with your layout settings and I can’t seem to replicate this issue on any of the devices I’ve tried. :(
Hm. Let’s try something a little aggressive and temporarily downgrade to SiteOrgin Widgets Bundle 1.8.2.
You can downgrade by navigating to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and find SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and deactivate it, then delete it. Click Add NewUpload Plugin and upload/activate this version.
How does that look? You’ll likely need to clear your page cache and browser cache after doing that.
Hi Alex,
That worked like a charm. I really have no idea what was wrong before. I asked my boss to check his phone (I’m android and he’s iphone) it displayed wrong. I asked my partner who is in New Zealand at the moment to check her phone (windows) and it displayed as it should.
Many thanks for your help, I’ll wait until another update is available and try again.
Thanks again,
Fran
