    Hi Shanda,

Unfortunately, it sounds like you’ve experienced an install/update issue. When you reinstalled the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, did you receive an error message mentioning that the Destination already exists? If so, you’ll need to manually remove the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle directory. This can be done using FTP or your hosting provider’s file manager. If you need help with doing this, please reach out to your hosting provider.

Please connect to your website and navigate to WordPress directory. Go to wp-content/plugins and delete the so-widgets-bundle directory. Open your website and navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New and search for and install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
