So Widget Bundle and Rev Slider conflict with Dentalia theme

Hello,

We have SO Widget bundle Version 1.12.1 and revslider version 5.4.8. When both are activated, the pages return a 503 error.

If I disable one or the other the site loads, but there is an obvious conflict.

PHP version is 7.1
memory 256M

    Hi Bskousen,

    These two plugins are directly designed to work together so a plugin conflict between these two plugins is very unlikely – there’s also no known issues between SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. The issue your facing is likely as a result of a third plugin causing issues with both of the SiteOrign.

    Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
