I gotta tell you that I love this theme.. I think its fantastic but when it comes to footers, I am truly disappointed.. I can not understand why there is no page builder with footers or sidebars and I can not believe it is so complicated to center a simple logo in the footer..
Is there an easy way to center whatever footer widget I use? At one point I was trying to center my logo and then I was trying to center the social widget.. Just seems that it should be easier given the sophistication and maturity of the theme.. Thoughts?

I believe I am having a similar problem. I want to add footers to secondary pages and possibly headers.
Is there no way to change what pages you can put headers, footers, and sidebars on?

For sure, moving forward we’ll hopefully introduce alternative footer layouts to the theme. Right now the footer splits into equal width, left aligned columns as widgets are added. Two widgets = two columns etc.
The good news is that Page Builder 2.0 should launch this year. See the heading called Widget Inception. For the first time you’ll be able to apply Page Builder to a widget area.

Andrew.. That is excellent news about PB2.. I am anxious and excited to see it.. I am sure that my request is trivial by your standards. While I am not sure what the end design will be, for right now, I was hoping to just center the my logo right in the middle of the footer right above the text below it.

Thanks for the additional feedback. Not trivial at all, we just haven’t had a chance to get there yet.
What about inserting the Visual Editor widget into your footer widget area: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/. Then use the Add Media button in that widget and select to center the image.
That worked very well Andrew.. I am a little new to WordPress and to Vantage so I was not aware that it was that simple nor that I had the ability. I was not familiar with that widget and it worked just like I needed it to. Many thanks for the coaching.. Please have a very nice afternoon.

Andrew… Sorry to pester you but let me ask you this.. Given that I was using that plug in and not the social plugin included with vantage I wanted to see if there was a way to keep my graphic center aligned in the table I have there but make the social media cell to the right “right aligned” so it shows to the far right. Ideally I would like to valign the “Find Us” in relation to the graphics. Is that at all possible. Couldn’t figure out the code on my own.
