    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Steve,

A quick look at your homepage reveals that you have a large JavaScript present. As such, could you please run a conflict test to try and work out what is causing this error?

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Hi, thanks for the reply, i have disabled all plugins apart from the site origin widgets and builder, but it still has the same problem, i have noticed that on the pages that the slider works this is in the script section.

on the homepage these lines are missing.

if i insert it manual into the header on the homepage the slider starts working

do you have any more ideas?

Thanks for your help on this

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Steve,

Hm. Just to clarify, have you tried disabling the product gallery plugin to see if it resolves your issue? If you’ve disabled all plugins that script shouldn’t be visible.

hi sorry i pasted the wrong code and could not work out how to edit my post. i have had the product gallery disabled. the code that is missing from the front page is. ( sorry for the confusion )

    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://dtec-computers.com/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/js/jquery.cycle.min.js?ver=1.5.11'></script>
    <script type='text/javascript' src='http://dtec-computers.com/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/js/slider/jquery.slider.min.js?ver=1.5.11'></script>

this is the code that is missing from the page, if i insert this into my header the slider starts to work. Is this code supposed to be added to the page automatically when i insert the site origins slider widget?

i dont just want to insert it into the header and footer plugin i am using because it will be on every page.

    Thanks Steve

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Steve,

I still think there may be a plugin conflict going on so it makes sense that this would work if the JavaScript was before the error occurred. I’ll backup your website now but I’ll be unable to test for a few hours.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Steve,

The issue is caused by your theme. I was able to resolve this issue by updating your parent theme.
