Slider stacks frames on top of each other, instead of sliding through

Hello,

I am using the Slider widget, but is seems as though it just stacks all the frames on top of each other vertically instead of creating a slideshow that iterates through. Can you assist me with this?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

There are JavaScript errors on the page that are breaking other JavaScript functionality like the SiteOrigin Slider Widget. If you’d like to view the errors yourself, please, find a guide below:

Does the issue resolve if you temporarily switch to another WordPress theme?

    Hello,

It did not unfortunately… It seems like the “Revolution Slider” is not activated, and when I try to activate it, it says:

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_error() in…”

I don’t know if you need the rest, but it seems there might be something missing in the source code?

    Any thoughts?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for trying.

I’m unsure why Slider Revolution is producing a fatal error. You could perhaps send the authors the error details and ask if they can assist. It sounds like the plugin is calling a function that doesn’t exist in PHP 7+. You might be using an outdated version of Slider Revolution.

The SiteOrigin Slider issue occurs because of the following JavaScript errors: https://imgur.com/a/qgSLWCM. Both errors originate from your theme. You could perhaps reach out to the author and ask them if they can release an update to resolve them.
