Slider layout

The slider (slider layout) stopped working correctly. Either the swipe works on the phone and the navigation on the PC does not work, or the navigation on the PC is working and the swipe is not working on the phone. I’m assuming that this might be somehow related to the fact that the version of jquery has changed but I can not find any error. And it is not shown anywhere and the slider does not work as before.
