After updating my vantage theme today – I have a child theme active – every change to the slider on the frontpage has no effect regardless of using either smartslider og meta slider
I checked with ckrome and edge -both browsers show rhe default slider although the slider is set to a custom created slider – which by the way shows in the backend while customizing the theme settings.
What to do about this other than ditch the theme?

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and Private Snippet for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Please, try going to DashboardUpdates and running the update for Vantage that should be waiting there. The issue should be resolved.

It was update .11, that messed things up
The new update .12 – did the trick and I’m back to normal.
