Skip to Content Error in Top bar affecting CSS of site

Good Morning,

I recently did some edits to website, creating registration forms with ultimate member. When I previewed the website. I found that the website now has a “Skip to content” at the top. I do not know if this is an error somewhere. I find that it disappears when the theme is deactivated.

Please could you advise if there is a possible solution to this error?

    I have sorted out by doing a site backup reinstall.
