SiteOrign in combination with Digimember incompatible

Hello,

I use SiteOrign in combination with the member plugin: “Digimember”

The two plugins seem to be incompatible.

As soon as I insert a widget at Site Orign: for example, Digimember Log in,
then Digimember stops working.

It would be very pleasant if both plugins worked together.

Is there a way to improve this error?

thank you and regards
mario

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Mario

    Thanks for posting.

Digimember looks to be a premium plugin, is that correct? Looking at compatibility with premium only plugins isn’t normally something we tackle but if you send us a copy we can at least take an initial look for you. ([email protected])

    Hello Andrew Misplon

    thanks for your answer!

Yes Digimember is a premium Plugin, but they offer a free Version.
Just i use the free version, after i will make a upgrade…
You can download it on this Website: https://digimember.de/
unfortunately the website is in german, but it’s easy to download this Plugin for free:
Click on the Button “Kostenlos Donwloaden”
on the next Step you must entry your E-Mail to confirm.
After This you can download this Plugin.

    i will send you a E-Mail copy.

    thanks and regards
    Mario

    Hi Mario

I have Digimember installed and I’ve inserted a login widget into a page using Page Builder. Is there anything else I need to do in order to re-create the error?

    hello Andrew,
    Thank you for your efforts!
Ok, you have inserted the Log in Widget into the SiteOrign Builder. Try to change same characteristics, may the field Name or the Button Name.
This settings will not be saved, only if you deactivated the SiteOrign Plugin.

next, change to the public view (then you can see, the formatting is faulty, until you activate the field with your mouse) example:

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the help.

I can see that the login widget is saving changes. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything obvious I can see right away. This sort of challenge is something that has to be addressed by the DigiMember team. Perhaps they are only loading supporting assets for theme widget areas and need to make a small change to be Page Builder compatible? Have you tried reaching out to them?
