HELP!
I received a notification that this plugin needed to be updated; when I did so, I got an error, and now the plugin has disappeared!
I have tried to reinstall it via WordPress Plugins section, and by uploading the zip file directly, but I keep getting an error “Destination Folder already exists”.
What can I do please???
Hi Claire,
Unfortunately, this is as a result of a failed plugin update. To fix this issue you’ll need to manually remove the plugin directory. To do this, please FTP into your website and open your WordPress directory. Go to wp-content/plugins and delete so-widgets-bundle. If you need help with doing this I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider.
Once deleted, please navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New. Search for and install/activate SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
Done, it works fine now – thank you!
