SiteOrigins Slider for Longevity Pro Theme

I have 2 images on my front page which I need inserted into the banner widget, but only 1 is appearing in it, the other is out of the curved area. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong here.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Carmen,

    Very sorry for the delay.

    This one?

I seem to be able to see both sides so I’m not too sure why you can’t – are you able to replicate this issue in a different browser? If not, can you please open up your page and please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

Hi Alex, yes the one with the printing press shows up with the curved banner effects, but the one with the 40th Anniversary does not have the banner curved effect. :(~

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Carmen,

Ah. I understand. Okay, so the curve banner effect is actually quite literally a part of the first slide. You’ll need to manually apply it to the 40th-anniversary image also if you wish for it to show.

When you say “Manually” do you mean take it into Photoshop and put it on the image itself? The curved effect is part of the LongevityPro Theme so I guess I assumed it would automatically appear as such with all images I insert into the banner! :/

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Carmen,

    Basically, yes.
If that’s the case, I would recommend getting in contact with the theme developers for instructions on how to automatically apply this effect.

For reference, the banner is quite literally a part of the image so if it is being edited it’s likely being edited on upload – maybe try uploading a new version of the slide?

Alex you are most helpful, THANK YOU for your quick response on this matter. I will try what you have suggested and if that doesn’t work then yes, I will contact the Theme Developer. Fingers crossed :)

    Thanks,
    Carmen
