Siteorigins Layout-clone page not loading

hello,

When I try to use the pre-built layout in SO to clone one of my pages it gets stuck on the ‘loading layout’ part. I read through the forum for help and followed the steps of deactivating all plug ins (update them first). Then I activated them until I found the culprit.

There is a plug in conflict with the following plug in:

Widget Options – Additional Widget options for better widget control. Get Extended Widget Options for WordPress for complete widget controls. Thanks!

It (widget options plug in)has been updated and Im not sure what else to do.

My only reason for having it is:
Some pages load funny on mobile devices so I use WO to make some of the widgets not show up on desktop or mobile.

I use the onetone theme.
