SiteOriginPage Builder conflicts after update

Hello!

I have update issue when update PageBuilder from 2.4.21 to 2.5.11 . I’ve tried to identify problem using your manual https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/ and nothing helps. It seems that the plugin conflicts with itself. Please help.

    Hi Max,

To confirm, this issue still occurs when you disable all plugins but SiteOrigin Page Builder and you’re using a default theme?

Yes, I confirm that it still occurs when disable all other plugins. I am using this EDUMA theme and your plugin in the pack

    Hi Max,

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Max,

You’ve reached the memory limit. You need to apply a pretty hands on fix to resolve this issue. This article would be a good read as it’ll outline how to change it. You’ll need to edit wp-config.php. If you’re unfamiliar with FTP, I would recommend asking your hosting provider for help with editing this file.

    Hi Max,

I just had another look and I can’t seem to replicate this issue anymore. If this issue is still happening for you, can you please clarify which page is affected by this issue.
