SiteOrigin Widgets Negatively Affecting Widgets Not being Updated

Spent a long time talking with WordPress about this, and they said it’s a SiteOrigin issue. The page I was editing was https://joinremaxintegrity.com/about-us/culture/

I’m in the home stretch of finishing this site, and went to update the headline below the header image and this happened: https://joinremaxintegrity.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/WordPress-Culture-Page-Issue.png

I luckily found this while previewing, but it continued to happen to the header image on this page when attempting to update different widgets (like features).

For good measure, here are the menu views from the admin account: https://joinremaxintegrity.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/WordPress-Culture-Menu.png & https://joinremaxintegrity.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/WordPress-Culture-Menu-2.png

Please help, WordPress said you guys would be able to solve it quickly–so I’m hoping that’s the case.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi IntegrityMarketing,

To confirm, is the issue you’re facing the SIteOrigin Hero widget not getting its correct height??
If so, is this issue currently occurring for you? I ask as I’ve had a look at your website and the Hero widget is correctly sized for me.

If this issue is currently occurring for you, are you able to replicate this issue in another browser or on another computer?

If this issue isn’t currently occurring, can you please trigger this issue and try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
