Siteorigin Widgets incompatible with Beaver Builder / Themer

Hi there,

Was just wondering if anyone is using Siteorigin along with Beaver Builder / Themer?

I had tried using Siteorigin today which is really nice as I liked the look of the widgets but noticed that when the widgets or css modules are enabled then if you go into the settings for any of the Beaver Builder / Themer modules and go to their Advanced tabs that the icons next to Margin and Padding which allow you to set different values for different sized screens have gone.

Deactivating the Siteorigin plugins brings them back again so I’m not able to use them until I can figure out a way of fixing this problem.

Many thanks in advance for any help with this.

Best wishes,

Mark

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Mark,

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins (leave Beaver Builder active) and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll look into resolving this specific conflict.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
