SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Won’t Activate

I thought I activated the widget by clicking active, but when I refresh the page, it goes back to the original disabled state. It looks to me like the DB is not being updated. When I look at the ajax response value, I can see that it is working normally as {“done”:true}, and no errors are occurring. I want to figure out the cause and solve it. Can you help me?
