SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Install Failure

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

Hi, I have a fatal error on my website. I updated all plugins by mistake and it has taken down my site. The site is built around SiteOrigin Widgets. It’s now saying the the bundle is uninstalled but when I try to install it comes up with the following error message:

This theme requires the following plugin: SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.

When I try to install:

Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/so-widgets-bundle.1.15.7.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. D:/home/site/wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/

Plugin install failed.

Help please!

Thank you so much.
