Hi,

My website was working fine, and now the pages arent displaying correctly. On the widget it says I need to install the plugin, but when i try to, it says failed because its already installed?

Not sure what to do.

Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jade,

Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and try to find the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle in this list. If you’re able too, please activate it. If you can’t find it, I suspect there was an issue with WordPress when this plugin was updating and as a result, the plugin update failed (sadly, this is a general WordPress issue and not something we can prevent). To fix this issue you’re going to have to manually remove the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin file. This will require usingFTP so If you’re unfamiliar with FTP I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance.

Please FTP into your website and navigate to your WordPress install. Please go to wp-content/plugins and delete the so-widgets-bundle directory. Then please open your website and navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New. search for and Install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.
