SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle crash

Hi,

Since a week ago my website (https://www.deshuttlebadminton.nl) isn’t responsing on the plug-in SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. I tried to disable all plug-ins to see which one has a conflict, but none of the plug-ins are in conflict, exept this one. Other SiteOrigin plug-ins are working fine. Could someone please take a look to see what is wrong?

    Hi Jason,

Can you please elaborate on the issue you’re facing? Please note that your website has a maintenance gate up so I’m not actually able to view your website.

    Hi Alex,

The plug-in SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is causing an error on the website, so if I try to reach it via https://www.deshuttlebadminton.nl/ the only thing I see is a white page. It won’t load anything of the website. Why I disable the plug-in, it shows every plug-in that is enabled, but without the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle I can only show a few features.

I removed the maintenance gate. If you want an account for the website please let me know. Thankyou.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jason,

Thank you for clarifying. Does this issue occur if the only two active plugins are SiteOrign Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle?

Regardless, please enable WP_DEBUG and send me the now present error message on the previously blank page. This will require editing wp-config.php so if you need help with that, I would reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Rainbow,

Thanks. That appears to be a general issue with your WordPress files rather than a general issue with our plugins. To confirm, does this issue remain when SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is disabled? If so, please reinstall the plugin to see if that helps – you’ll need to delete the plugin and then install it again.

Regardless, please create a backup and then navigate to WP AdminDashboardUpdates and click Re-install Now

    Hi Alex,

We reinstalled the plug-in but that didn’t help. We created a back-up and reinstalled the website from the beginning. Now the problem is solved and the plug-in is working again. We don’t know what exactly the problem was, but we used your tips and tips from our hosting company to make some improvements in php and reduced the amount of data (backups, plug-ins and images).

Thank you for your quick support and happily the plug-in is working again.
