I’ve installed Page Builder to my site and can edit pages ok but as soon as I install the Widgets Bundle, activate it when I try and edit pages I just get a grey screen. I’ve tried to disable all/some of the Widgets Bundle widgets but this doesn’t solve the problem. As soon as I deactivate the Widgets Bundle I can then go in and edit pages again.
How do I resolve this annoying issue?
Hi Seymourperry
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue – or more specifically a 3-way plugin conflict where a 3rd plugin is interfering with Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
Hi Greg,
I have the same problem with Widgets Bundle that cause front page not working. At first I thought it was a conflict between Widgets Bundle and the theme itself, but then I followed your instruction and find out it was a conflict between SiteOrigin Page builder and Widgets bundle. They are both important for my page but I need the slider to work to. Is there anyway to fix this?
Cheers,
Trang
