Siteorigin widgets are possible to use with Visual Composer?

Dear Siteorigin,

I own a site that I’m not really able to start all-over from the beginning. I’d like to add a “video-grid” collection to a landing page with 3 functions (a technical and design/functional matter):

1) All videos will have an overlay (half-transparent) image
2) Hovering over videos, they start to play;
3) Clicking on videos, a pop-up player would start;

I found a similar one solved with these div class names:
“so-panel widget widget_siteorigin-panels-builder”
“so-panel widget widget_yiw_pro_widget panel-first-child panel-last-child”

So let me sum up my questions :)

1) Do you by div class names that what exactly this can be here in siteorigin? (How I can solve the above described with SO widgets)?

2) Would it be possible to use this widget in Visual Composer?

    Hi Norberto,

    Unfortunately, the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle isn’t currently compatible with Visual Composer. We’re making steps to change this however.

    1. The first widget is a standard SiteOrigin Page Builder widget called the layout builder.

    The second widget (which is what you’re after) I’m not familiar with. Could you link me to the site? I should be able to find the name of it for you.

    2. I’m not too sure, but to be honest, unless the widget specifically supports Visual Composer, no. SiteOrigin Page Builder works with basiclaly any standard WordPress widget which is why it works with our page builder.

    Unfortunately, only premium users can reply privately.

    That code sadly doesn’t help as it doesn’t actually tell me anything about what the name of the plugin may be.. To clarify, the grid you’re referring too is a standard SiteOrigin Page Builder grid. Sorry mate. :(
