When I add the Post Carousel to a page I get this once I update the page instead of the page builder it defaults to Text and displays this

I turned off all my other plugins and this happens with only page builder and the widgets turned on. If I use SiteOrigin Editor and try to use a shortcode from another plugin the same issue happens. Any help as to the cause would be greatly appreciated I am on WordPress 4.9.1

To confirm, do you have any updates available for any plugins? Also, what about with a default theme?
Would it be possible for you to send me an export of the page before you save? This will hopefully allow me to replicate this issue. To do this please open up the relevant page in the editor and set it up as desired. Please click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
If the page doesn’t crash on save, please keep trying to replicate this issue and then when it finally occurs, please send me that exported file.

This happens when I use other shortcodes from another plugin that displays featured posts. I cannot test it with a default theme due to the fact this is a live environment. It was working appropriately when first installed with the current theme I am using and something happened to stop it from working.
Any help is much appreciated as the client is very upset that it is not working.

I did get a reply over premium support and I did send a reply. I was able to test with the default 2015 theme and the error still occurred. I was using the SiteOrigin Widget Post Carousel.

Yes I am up to date on all versions of your plugin and wordpress. I even deactivated the WP Recent Post Slider Pro plugin to see if that was causing the issue with the SiteOrigin Widget but the problem still occurred.
I did also turn all the plugins off and the error still occurred here is a list of my plugins
