    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Angela,

Is the SiteOrigin Headline widget active? Firstly, make sure that the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (as this widget comes with that plugin) is installed and running, then navigate to WP AdminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets and activate the headline widget if it’s not already active.

    Hi Angela,

Okay, so that error can happen because of two reasons.

    The plugin is already installed
Please navigate to WP Admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins and do a quick search for SiteOrigin. Do you see the widgets bundle in the list?

The plugin has failed to install correctly
This can sometimes happen in WordPress. Basically, during the installation, something went wrong and it wasn’t able to completely install You’ll need to FTP into your website and manually delete the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle plugin, which is at wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle. If you need help with FTP I would recommend contacting your hosting provider.

    Hi Angela,

Okay so based on the listed plugins, it’s the other reason, the install failed. :(

No, your data is stored separately to the plugin so it’ll be unaffected by you manually deleting the plugin and then reinstalling it.
