Hi,

Im using Vantage theme with SiteOrigin Page Builder. I designed my website (www.wattsolar.com.mx/casa) using a Macbook Pro. I’m having issues when people using Windows Laptops visit my site, since images, texts, all formats in general are all messed up. I already updated WordPress to 4.9.2, and also all of my plugins are to their latest version.
Could someone please help me? I was about to pay my first adwords campaign last week, but with this problem it would be a waste of money. Thanks a lot!

    Hi Pedro,

    Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate any issues with your website and I’m using a Surface Laptop.
    Can you please clarify what browser was used on the windows device that had issues? Also, would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of what you see? Please note that we’re unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party hosting site like Imgur.
