Siteorigin update breaks Youtube embedding

In Siteorigin pagebuilder I use ‘Shortcodes Ultimate’ plugin to embed Youtube videos.
Since the recent Siteorigin update, any new Youtube videos embedded do not get rendered at all.
In preview they appear fine. But not in published page. Ironically, the existing embeds appear fine.
Looks like any new edits have bugs.
Please help.
