Siteorigin tabs do not show up

I have been using the site origin page builder. everything was smooth but now the widgets are not showing up. I am unable to customize any widget. I am using a purchased theme. and have tried the deactivation of all plugins except siteorigin. Suggest any solution

    Try temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, is there any change in the problem?

    Ok, I can do it, but would I be able to switch to the current theme. and why is the problem arising after 20 days?

    Sure, you can switch back to your current theme once the test has been completed. I can’t say at this stage why the issue has arisen. To try and locate a working baseline, clear any caching plugins you may have installed, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin and switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. In that state, does the issue persist?

    I have tried activating other plugins but still the problem is same.

    To confirm, you’ve switched to a default theme and at the same time, deactivated all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin and the issue persists?
