SiteOrigin Slider, visible on Mobile, not on Desktop

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

On, http://icelandicformulaoffroad.com/
I am using the SiteOrigin slider in the Header Sidebar.
The slider is visible on Mobile Devices but not on Desktop.

ThemeGrill wrote back:

It seems like the issue has occurred due to the Siteorigin plugin itself. This plugin is adding inline CSS via javascript that is why we could not control this issue by adding additional custom CSS or making adjustment on CSS. Can you please contact the plugin author for the better solution.

Can you help?

    Hi Dögg,

I can’t see the slider on desktop or mobile. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If the above doesn’t help, does this issue happen on another page or does it only happen for siders on the home page.
