SiteOrigin Slider not showing up in pages

Hi there,

I’ve been using SiteOrigin Slider on this website for many years now:
https://www.nwpacificpartners.com/

I’m not able to figure out how to fix the image slider on these four pages:

COMMUNITY PLANNING

RESORT/HOSPITALITY

MULTI-FAMILY

RESIDENTIAL

Where the image slider should be appearing, this code is showing instead:

The plugin is updated as is the widget. Do you know how to please fix this?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Kat

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please, try the following:
    – Clear your caching plugin.
    – Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the Widgets Bundle and Page Builder.

In the above state, does the slider appear on the RESIDENTIAL page? Plugins can be reactivated once the test is complete.

Thank you so much @Andrew! That seemed to have worked!

    Hi Kat

    Thanks for trying.

Were you able to locate a working baseline? Did the issue resolve with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated? If so, the next step would be to reactivate your plugins one by one until the issue re-occurs.

    Hi, I Work Here

If the issue is resolved after clearing your caching plugin then it’s possible the problem was cache-related. In that case, please, let us know if the issue occurs again. It’s worth checking the sliders in 7-8 days.

    Hi Andrew,

The issue did resolve with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated. I haven’t reactivated any of the other plugins as the site is finally working fine again. I will monitor the site over the next 7-8 days. Thank you so much

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Kat

Thanks for the update; I’m glad to hear you were able to establish a working baseline. When ready, the next step would be to reactivate your plugins one by one, checking for the issue after each activation. Hopefully, there will be an obvious point at which the issue re-occurs. We’re here if you need a hand.

    Cheers

    Andrew
