Dear support,
Today, I updated WordPress to version 5.9. After that, Slider widget stopped working on current pages (just disappeared).
I tried deactivate all plugins (except SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle for Create and Page Builder by SiteOrigin) and hoped that slider will work – without success.
Also, I tried to create a new web page, with a row and Slider widget inside. This way, it works, unfortunatelly until the page is refreshed (CTRL+F5 or CTRL+R). Refresh stops the slider to be working anymore.
More info: WordPress version 5.9, PHP version 7.4, Create 2.0 theme.
Please, can you provide any support or help? Thanks in advance.
Regards, Bretislav
Hi Břetislav
Thanks for getting in touch.
ThemeTrust is the author of SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle for Create. It’s possible to migrate to the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle) but would mean losing the widgets added by ThemeTrust in their forked version of the Widgets Bundle.
Kind regards
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
actually I found the same solution you mentioned. After unsinstall Widget bundle for Create and cleaning the database, I installed SiteOrigin’s widget bundle. Now everything works fine.
Thanks and keep up good work!
Best regards,
Bretislav
